War and Peace show is held here every year, the largest military show in the world its a fantastic place.
Excellent value for money, the adults are so friendly and offer a great customer experience. The only improvement would be further training with customer service skills and efficient use of time in the restaurant with the younger members of the team.
Just had our Xmas party here. Loverly converted barn. Food was great and staff were entertaining. DJ was good but the music was quite dated for our young audience.
I emailed the text below 4 weeks ago, and after emailing for the 2nd time, I received an extremely poor response today. FAMILIES AVOID - SO MANY BETTER PLACES FOR A DAY OUTEven though there weren't that many people lining up for certain rides, some of these took ages to actually get going. It seemed that one member of staff was manning 2 or 3 different rides. At one point my youngest son, was sat in a fire engine for 15 minutes before a member of staff came back. This happened on another ride as well!My eldest had a go on the drive around cars, however, the staff manning this were so disengaged with what they were doing, that my son spent his time waiting for someone to help him back out from a wall that he hit.We then went to have lunch in your diner at 2.15; we thought we would eat before seeing Fireman Sam at 3.30.It took us nearly 25 minutes to get served, and at 3.25 we were still waiting to eat our lunch. We only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fish finger meals. By this point, we had a very hungry 2 year old who was becoming very stroppy and a bored 7 year old.The layout of diner is ridiculous, there was no room for buggies to manoeuvre easily, people were squashed together, the tables were filthy and the staff just didn't care.In total, we spent nearly 70, to be somewhere for just over 3 hours (half of which was spent waiting for our basic lunch). We were planning on visiting you again in December to meet Father Christmas, but I don't think we will be returning.
Good day for under 12 year old. Show in the Red Barn good. Entrance fee reasonable so parents don't have to spend a fortune getting in. Museum displays lighting not working and exhibits obviously not see a duster this year.
