A month to get an appointment for NHS treatments, fixing a filling that they did in the first place. Of course they suggested I'd get a better and quicker service if I went private for a small fortune. Going private but definitely elsewhere.
Not sure if they are good if you use them for private work but the NHS dentist here is terrible. I found her to be rude and have a poor attitude. Half a (very badly done) filling she gave me fell out and she told me she wouldnt refill it because there was still some filling there. I told her food is getting stuck in it and its sensitive and with a huff she agreed to refill it. Why should a patient insist on having a filling which fell out replaced? I also felt she did not listen while I was trying to explain about a tooth which I have had toothache with for 5 months. Overall I did not feel comfortable while being treated at the practice and wont go back.
Amazing staff and practice. I was very nervous especially as I was in pain but was treated quickly and kindly. The receptionist quoted for my appointment over the phone and explained all necessary costs prior to my visit. All in all a lovely practice, thank you.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Rude staff and extemely rude manager. Quoted 35 for the appointment my brother needed and then tried to charge him double!! And refused him the medication needed. Accused us of lying. When asked to take further action apparently no one we can talk. Digusting behaviour!!
