We bought a pink ox head from vintage vibe 3 weeks ago and it turned up here broken from the poor poor packaging it came in. We emailed them and there response was wraps it back up and send it back to them and quoted to us they would pay for return postage.Now not very good service having to sort out posting it back to them, surely they should do this for a paying customer? but more to the point they said they would refund return post to us which cost us 14.00 to return it, after 4 emails now over 2 weeks they not even bothered to reply to us. Worse company ever stay well clear
