Worst rental experience of my life! Steph at this branch was the letting agent, had problems from the start. Didn't tell us about shared access at the property and told us that we were dealing directly with them not the landlord prior to our money being handed over which was incorrect. We had several issues at the property, no washing machine which took 1 month for the agent to replace, let alone the damp in the property which was denied. On moving out the agent said that the house was in better condition than when we moved in and approved a full return of money. The agent also admitted to being a 'friend' if he landlord. 2 weeks after we moved out still no deposit back and claiming new damage (one being plaster falling off the walls due to damp), even though another resident has now lived there for 2 weeks.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
