Can't understand why Steller Packaging's own sales and marketing manager would give a 5 star review other than to try and artificially boost her own company's rating. This is what I class as desperate marketing.

Went into administration owing the company that I work for a 6 figure debt. Sold the assets to a new company and carried on trading. Can't be trusted.

A catalogue of disasters is all that I can say about Steller. I have used them for 5 years and no problems until this year. when stock was misplaced that had arrived months ago and they hadn't logged it - so it was left to me to chase all the companies until Steller eventually found it. Then there were only 5 products to pack into the bags and they failed to pack one of them. so I had to put 800 bottles into each bag. Delivery date was crucial and they promised 9am so I could meet my deadline. It didn't arrive that day - even though I asked them to chase the driver and the driver went home at 5pm - failing to deliver. They turned up the following morning. I asked for the extras to put into the bags and still not turned up - not sure why they were not sent with the bags as usual. Just everything went wrong. They have assured me they are putting their house in order but I am not sure I am going to stick around to witness this. Such a stressful experience.
