They are nice like all the costa coffee shops they are lovely and clean and the staff are friendly . Plus the food and drinks are yummy

Good atmosphere and staff who know how to make the perfect coffee of your choice.Can be a bit noisy when very busy but give it a whirl if you are in town.
Closing time advertised at 7pm, but staff will shut-off some machines almost an hour before then so if you're hoping to enjoy hot food after finishing work go elsewhere.The decline in Costa profits has little to do with an increase in online shopping and more to do with poor training, which leads some staff to forget that the business exists to generate income from sales.Such a pity as this branch could have such a terrific atmosphere, but the Area Manager is not doing their job in training the staff who manage and run this branch.
